Since Lakanto is as sweet as sugar, it can be used in your favourite recipes. Here are some helpful tips for using Lakanto:

  • High solubility: For 100ml of water, 20g Lakanto dissolves at 32°F and 50g at 68°F. When used in large amounts, Lakanto may crystallize if chilled.
  • Lakanto is not altered when heated, so it is ideal for cooking and baking
  • Lakanto does not caramelize
